WOW!!!! This bow rocks!!!! It is without a doubt one of the best values out there in a hunting bow. $295.00 plus shipping, it can't be beat for this price.

I chrongraphed compared it against 2 other Pearsons I already have and also looked back on previous chrongraph results I have and it is impressive. I setup the Viper 2 with an original WB QS, Copper John 3 pin sight, and a d-loop. No vibe control products of any kind. I expected some handshock on the shot but there was minimal to none. It is dead in the hand, the little bit there was a good stab and some limbsavers would eat it all up.

Used three test arrows, all pretty standard hunting weight arrows.
#1 29 1/8" Gold Tip XT black 3-4" feathers Uninock 75 grains tip 344.9 grains

    #2 29 1/8" Gold Tip Hunter camo 3-4" feathers Uninock 100 grain tip 383.5gr

    #3 30 7/8" Easton XX78 Super Slam 2213 (ONLY ALUM ARROW I HAD) 3-4" vanes Uninock 125 grain tip 504.6 gr

    Bow #1 2006 Pearson Pitbull 28" 70#
    #1 295.6fps
    #2 282.6fps
    #3 252.9fps

    Bow #2 2006 Pearson Venom H2 28" 71#
    #1 303.14
    #2 287.78
    #3 255.62

    Bow #3 2007 Pearson Viper 2 28" 70#
    #1 294.9
    #2 281.84
    #3 249.2

The Pearson all shot very similiar and look very similiar. The draw was smoothest on the Hurricane cams on the Viper 2 for some reason, not sure why but it felt a little smoother on the Viper2.

Now some interesting FPS comparisons with some other bows I have and have results from in the past.

    2006 Elite E-Force 28" 73#
    #1 301.43
    #2 286.92
    #3 256.68

    2006 Newberry Katana solo cam 28" 73#
    #1 286.0
    #2 272.14
    #3 244.7

All rest of these results are with arrow #2 and were performed earlier this fall.
    2003 Pearson Diamondback 30" 70# 255.6fps
    2005 Renegade Nuge Bow 27" 65# 222.3fps
    2005 Newberry Sabre XL 27" 61# 244.2fps
    2006 Newberry Sabre hybrid 28" 70# 291.1fps
    2006 Newberry Sabre solo 29" 70# 282.5fps
    2005 Martin Slayr nitrous 28.5" 70# 298.5fps

These are just the final number results of a few bows that I have chronographed. I have notebooks full of numbers and facts and figures I have analyzed over the last couple of years chronograghing and testing various bows.

For $295.00 for a brand new bow, this is a MUST buy!!!! I 100% suggest this bow to anybody, don't let the price fool you. If you need anymore info just PM.
