    Default Vision issues

Used to be able to shoot in my basement w/out issue. No more. Like shooting barebow, no pins visible. Shot outside for the second time today and having a problem with the pins being very fuzzy. I need drug store glasses to read print. Where do I go from here? Everything is fuzzy from arms lenth out with glasses, can't see up close w/out them. Yup, I'm 52. LOL

I may just opt to go to a recurve aperature set to 20 yards rather than have to go back to a peep, and with a lense no less.
    Thanks though rage-it.

OK, so you're not using a peep. What diopter reading glasses are you using? I wear a +2.25 and might give a lower pair a try just for archery. Something like a +1.00 or +1.25. I've got Specialty peeps and Verifiers, but just thinking of trying something simpler.

    I don't remember to be honest. 1.5 or 1.75 or 2.0. BAD.
An apperature would allow me to focus/center on a target.
Right now, going back and forth between pins and target, the pins are fuzz balls.
FYI I've tried with glasses on but am blocked by the inner frame. But even if I could see past the frame, the target would be out of focus. As I sit here looking at the PC in my lap and the TV 16' across the room, I can't see the TV clearly unless I look over, and the PC only if I look through glasses. This isn't doomsday, I'll get it figured out. Just wondered if/what others have done. thanks b and B.

I prefer the 2 eyes closed method. But of course I am awesome at archery, so I can get away with that....

One closed. Not anything new for me, if I keep both open I get 2 images. Thinking of trying Bun's instinck-tive method. LOL
Shooting without a sight I keep both open. But I'm not as accurate as I want to be without a sight.
