    Default New bowhunter help?

    My son-in-law wants to add bow hunting to his rifle season hunting. Any suggestions about deer equipment? Christmas is a commin'...Thanks, what say you?

    Bows are a very personal thing - what you like he may hate. The best thing would be to take him to a Pro shop, get him measured (if it is going to be a compound) and let him try as many as he can. Check you state's minimum draw weight requirement (usually not an issue with compounds - that's more of a concern with traditional equipment)
