    Unhappy cold

Planning on going to first 3d shoot of the season this weekend. Problem it's still 20 below some mornings? Tuff to shoot with mittens on. Is there anyone down south that could blow a little bit warmer air up???????????

Probably won't have to battle any crowds.

Going to have to go farther south than this to find warm air
First match last season was the snow shoot in Feburary, it was 6 degrees when I got out of the truck that morning. So cold, guys had a problem with their grips frosting up when they weren't shooting. Dressed like we were going hunting and had a good day, I did shoot most of the day with mittens on and was able to adapt. One thing for sure, you'll find the die hards at shoots like that.

I will let you have 5 degrees of our temp, you just have to come and get it. I would ship it but to EPA rules says that it may be considered hazardous waste at times so USPS won't ship it.

Yep.....its been like -5 to about 15 here all week with some snow finally. Too bad it took so long to get here I have been seeing herds of deer around out in the fields. I'm definately not a die hard 3Der, no way am I going to any shoots at this temp. Ok wait a minute............................................ ....................................oh alright I talked it over with myself and decided that if they were having a shoot around here then I would probably go to it. Good luck to you all who have shoots coming up and hope you have a blast.

6 degrees here now. High of 14 today and tomorrow. 16 on Sunday.
    Ice fishing on Sunday !
A month ago I was not even thinking about it. Now I put away my hand auger and gassed up the power one since we have well over a foot of ice.
And, I'll get to drive my 4-wheeler out there too, just like the guys way up North !

Ah, the little things in life...

    Got to 30 yesterday !
    Yeeehaaaaa !!!!!

Ice fishing was actually pleasant but no fish to be found. They all must have been gearing up for the Grammys... You know, big screen TV's, beer, chips, pizza, etc... The fish around here are big Dixie Chicks fans...
