Default Results from my first time...

    Well Y'all

Seems that a little schooling from ma six year old had me shooting the following... Mind you this is the first time I have ever attempted this before and I had her runnin around like a 6 year old...

    48 48 46 42 44 44=272/300

I was really frustrated as I found myself anticipating alot and focusing to much on the damn pin rather than where I wanted that dang arrow to go. My club was impressed and didnt understand why I was so hard on myself as they were impressed at my score for a first timer. Like bowman towards the end I was gettin the shakes and found it harder for me to stick the arrow to the spot. Also, this is the first time I was shootin Quick Spins. So I am finding that I had some tweaking on my site, dammit. So far I am liking my groups with the Quick Spins. Anxious to see how I do on the Blazers.

My plans... gonna shoot two more practice rounds (three is a magic number for me) One tomorrow, another after work on Monday. Gonna rest Tuesday than Weds will be what I turn in as my "official" score as bad as it is. I will do Blazers on our second week/round.

Guess I should be happy as at least I did better on my first go round than Bowman with his Lincoln Logs and at least I aint seeing cables in my shot picture unlike someone else we know.

B/T... nah... I will leave that for the lincoln log shooters. I mean they might need all the help they can get with them fatties they shoot. I must say though, I am developing a fond appreciation for them... One never knows what the future holds. Still love my ole girl she aint dead yet!

Ha... Coffee huh? Well, remember... Pines stick and are grouped tight buddy.. so dont count them creamers and sugars just yet!

You know I was wonderin what you was up too, remember I am still new to this board and y'alls lingo here.

Funny you mention Back Tension releases... I was looking in to those but help me out here.. how much of a learning curve do they have? It seems like its a whole different world but I see where the benefits are and find that I am really curious about shooting them. Where can I get some good info on proper form/technique? My tech swears by them but tells me that it takes time to shoot them right and he even wonders if he shoots his right.

    Bowman... you got DJ's order?
