\r\n Sounds like a great place to live. It\'s nice when you can hunt real close to home.\r\n\r\n

Hello, Just signed up last night on the forum and wanted to say hello
Living in california by the ocean for the past 50 years and just bought a house 60 miles inland in a place called frazier park at 5000 ft. elevation
and lovin it.There's lots of critters up here in the mountains.deer, bobcat,
mountain lions, cayotes, and bear etc.all living in the hills around my house
now instead of having to plan and pack for a hunting trip and driving 2 hours to go huntin I just drive 5 min down the road and go huntin! life is good! The archery bear season here opened aug 20th and I've been going every afternoon after work. found lots of tracks(one set of tracks measure 11 inches)but nothing in the freezer yet.
Went on a scouting trip today for deer and saw a couple of nice ones!
The archery deer opener is this saterday so I'm lookin foward to that.
I'm in the D-13 zone and if anyone plans doing the opener here this saturday and needs a huntin partner drop me an e-mail
