you guys are killing me.....I might be the smallest guy here and I was beating my self up the last couple of days....but I guess I will join you....for I allready have a lead.....

    28
    5'11"
    230
    36"waist

    goal for the R100....215
    goal for October 15th 200
    goal for Christmas 190

acctually If I got to 200 I would be extremly happy....

I have started taking my row boat almost every night and rowing a couple of miles....fishing....i ussally just bring water w/me and skip dinner

Last fall I cut out my morning bagel/cream cheese and lost 10 pounds in 5 weeks).....

But those raisin bagels w/cc are just too tempting.....

the problem I have w/jogging is
    1. time
    2. location
    3. I am on my feet all day (work on concrete), and my feet are dead by the end of the day

not making excuses just telling it like it is.....

So starting tommarow, say good buy to the morning bagel.....

I hate rabbit food but I guess I need to start having salad for lunch....
I cut things up and split them down!

    ok, Here are mine

    Height: 5' 8"
    Weight: 159 lbs
    Goal weight: 140-145
I don't currently know my waist size, but it needs to lose some inches

I am doing the 6 Week Body Makeover. I have already lost 30 lbs on this plan in a total of about 12 weeks. 18# the first 6 weeks and 9+ the second six weeks, but I was cheating way too much my second time . I gained 4 lbs back (water weight ).

I will basically eating 5-6 small meals a day that are designed for my body type to promote the fastest fat loss possible. And drinking at least 100 oz of water to wash out the fat .

cus thats the only one I really dont know.... I figured that since I buy my pants in 36 waist 32 length that it would standto reason that I have a 36" waist.......

ohhhh I forgot your a doctor....of what we dont know....

so you think I am bigger or smaller than that.....your comment leaves me wondering.....

Does this mean we have to add a salad bar @ the NDR&G 3D shoots?

Waist size is measured just below your belly button. If you have a gut and wear your pants below that then you are probably getting hip size pants not waist size. That's what most of us do.

Oh allright, since everyone's being brutally honest:

    6'
230 - A lot of it in beer gut
    36" waist - 38" if jeans/pants are off-brand
    46 years

I have no weight goals however I am making an effort to be more active since I have borderline high blood pressure. I do watch what I eat, no fast food and very little fried food, lots of veggies and water. My grill and smoker are the center of my cooking.

    I will Wheel's
Cause everybody else is on a diet!
Me when aug. gets here, my wife says i go into the rut, my neck swells up like a big old buck, i dont eat for 2 months, trying out my climbing stand, running back & forth to my hunt club, setting up stand's & chasing down that big one!
Every year i drop 10 to 25 lbs thru bow season, like clock-work. then around thanksgiven i put it back on!
