    Where did he hit it at???? I hit the Limerick Moose in the belly in May and broke my Beman9.3..

    about 2 inches outside the insert, bottom right in the belly area.

    The arrow was destroyed. the tip was angled off like I had hit a rock with it and it was pushed a good 1 - 2 inches back into the shaft.

    Exact same area I hit, when it hit I could hear it hAd hit metal, even from 50 yds away.......

    why dont you guys just shoot the damb thing in the kill and then we wouldnt have to hear the for the rest of the day........

    and the ride back to the house

    I think a I agree with ya... shoot at the moose - hit metal and get a 5, is allot better than shooting at a alligator and hitting wood and getting a 0???
