    i did in 03', i was diving up in alaska and got caught up in making money and a female at the same time, never again while i'm still breathing, archery season is why i work!

    im currently not hunting, and its killing me! i missed the last 2 years and im going to miss this year. i moved from mi. to al. while my wife is in vet school. but next year....next year i will be back in the game.... i told her shes not going to see me from sept. 15 thru dec. 31!!!

    most ive missed is opening day of shotgun season only because i skipped a 12 days of school to go elk/mulie huntin

    my jr and sr year of high scool.... after my dad passed away i took several years off i think.... but i would not say that was choice

    This will be the first year that I miss opening morning. I did it on purpose just see if it helps with my luck. Sounds stupid but i'll try almost anything.

    After 9/11 the prime hunting areas (military lands) were closed. So I took the 2002 season off. Reopened in 2003.

    I took a year off 3 yrs ago to build our house....By my self.Missed spring turkey,fall archery and gun season.Man was i tried.I'll never do that again
