    Default Mathews Switchback

Just went to the pro shop today to get a new bow and shot the Vectrix and the Switchback. The Vectrix had a very very smooth draw and virtually no shock upon the release. The switchback was unbelievably smooth. I had to ask the guy helping me if he was sure that the bow was set at 70lbs. He checked and it was! I was shooting a Martin Jaguar Magnum before, it was set at 62 pounds, and was 2x as hard to pull back as the Mathews! Upon release, I had to check and make sure that I shot the arrow! There was No hand shock! Not to mention, the only sound I heard was the arrow hitting the target! Mathews outdid themselves with this awsome bow!!!!

No but if he would shoot the Switchback XT he would find that it is smoother and quieter and less hand shock.

Thanks for the welcome! It is an XT. I am blown away by this bow! Can't wait for bow season to start. I checked my game cam this morning and had a picture of a nice 10pt. That got the juices flowing!
