bow paint job
I see some of these 3d bows with kick butt colors and paint designs. Are they custom done? or factory?

I think Jim Posten who is on this site regularly does powder coating. PM him and ask if he can help you out. I'm not sure who does film dipping. There was a thread on that around here also about that. I know a shop in my area that does film dipping but I have no idea how large an item they can do and what they charge. I have seen his work on cams and sights and such and it's pretty nice.
Quite a few of the bows that have target 'capabilities' can be ordered in colors besides the 'normal' camo... Bowtech, Hoyt and Mathews do that. In fact there are several 'Blueberry' Mathews Ovations hanging around here. One that's 'wrong' (left) handed even...
Not many shops stock the colored bows though, it's usually a special order.
