    Default Your opinions please..

Last night after super i went over to the shop to pick up my arrows i had them to fletch and was shooting the bull with a couple guys and another guy looked at my arrow's(don't know who he was) and asked why i had so much Helical on the vanes...he than went on to say that...that much really wasn't nessasary for white tail deer..Now let me say that i try to get along with everyone..but this kinda frosted my s and i told him that i like them and they work great...not what i really wanted to say.You guys want to give your opinion on it...XX78 2512 pape's mossy oak ultra/lite's 29.75" long with 4" easton vanes with a 7 degree helica. Thanks

What the heck do whitetail deer have to do with how much helical you shoot?

Dude if they work and you are happy then it tickles the crap out of me. I know how you feel but do not let that type get to ya. Those arrows look just fine to me.

I hate people like that. I know a guy from the local club that is the same way. He has tried to tell me twice how to grip my bow.

I think I made it pretty clear what I thought of the idea. Same thing, I try to be nice but there is a limit. If he says anything about it again I guess I will have to be very blunt.

thats not a super helical... I shoot a custom helical that the vanes almost touch at the ends. with my 3d arrows and 1.25 vanes. I think thats perfect there. about the same on my hunting arrows.

Actually what makes them dirty is putting them through an animal... I'd suggest missing everytime and sticking them in soft wood stumps or loose dirt

I wish my really good arrows cost the same as the A/C/C's, I'd be so happy. I have those nice little skinny Carbon Express nano's....they shoot great and they are tough as nails too. Unfortunately they aren't cheap but you get what you pay for in them that's for sure. I wish I just had to worry bout them getting dirty...I've lost one at a tournament never to be seen again. That's a quick $22 down the drain on that one.
