    Default Doe Balls

This is very simple but its my favorite way to eat venison. Cut the meat into 1/2" cubes. Put about 3 cups flower add season salt in a bowl. I don't usually measure it out but this mix should be a light orange color. Add milk until you get a thick batter. Mix in the meat and then take out the battered cubes and deep fry them at 350 deg.'s. You might have to experiment a little on how much season salt you put in. They should be a golden brown and you can dip them in ****tail sauce. I usually use scrap meat from the hind-quarter but any tender meat is good.
