Depends on what part of the state you hunt in. North of I-70 you could very well get a 200 lb doe as where around the Ozarks and southern Mo they may only go between 120-140. The buck I shot last season field dressed at 206.

Fenton here, 20 minutes southwest from downtown St Louis.

The wife and I are originally from Springfield, MO and go back to see the family at least once a month. Going back this weekend actually.

Hey MOBuzzCut are there any good archery ranges in Springfield you would recommend? I would like to possibly do a bit of practice shooting while visiting relatives this weekend.

Has anyone thought about a Missouri gathering to show off their bows and skills, share stories, tips, beer and BBQ? Would be a cool thing to go to, I would be interested.

Archery Quest has a 3d range they are on Pythian they are also in the Phone Book that is the only 3D range in this town. If I could get the Capital Backing I would open a range.
