Default For those of you who use an STS or an STS like device

I bought some black dental floss to serve where the string hits the stopper. alot of you use dark/black in your strings and this may be visually pleasing.
It is an ebay item and I swear on my kids that im not spamming I have NO IDEA who these people are. here is a pic of what I did. I hope this is ok. I also put a drop of black silicone where I tied the string off

That's a good idea. But the silicone will not stick to the floss nor the waxed bowstring.

You need to check out some posts on doing a center serving and follow that. You end up with wraps on each end that overlap the tag ands which will prevent, or at least inhibit, unravelling.

That stuff looks like it's great for doing a 'serving' for an STS-like device or tying in a peep.

In fact, I just logged into eBay and bought a roll...
