I would rather lose a 1000 times as be of tha persuasion of that day
now you see why we fought ta tha bitter end
Lee upon beng visited at his presidents job at Washington college ,next to VMI,
by some old nemisie during the reconstruction years. after they totaly insulted the finest gentlemen ta ever were boot leahter
and tha honorable Gov of tx at his side
    made this statement
"If I knew those people were goning to treat us like this I would have died with my sword in my right hand and my brave men at my side at Appomattax"
It was untill 1877 that there was military rule in tha south and negro republicans (illerate and immoral)running all states because the white folks could not vote. that is just tha tip if tha iceberg on what is out there ta be learn about.
Tha South is still suffering because of this
    lowest wages where
highest illerate rate and so on
it was 1920's before we got out of indebtedness because of poor government by tha afore mention leaders.
And i will tell you one thing i am a very proud decendent of one of tha souths finest troops of tha Army of tha tn
Today they would be known as shock troops /Browns reg- States rights Gist brig- co G of tha 16th SC
Becareful how ya tread on that sacred soil of SC .It is still held as precious to alot of folks taday

Ps Do not let me lead you to belive that it was tha poor black mans doings by thier selves
it was those yankee carpetbaggers and tha southern scallawags that lead em on.
they robbed tha South of what had not been destroyed by that blue hordes of Sherman Sherdian and Stonemen
There is a lot of prestigious Northern familys taday at tha expense of tha Southland
