I know a guy who was involved in killing a polar bear, The bear was being a nuisance. It came down to the bear or someone dies. The guide say shoot so they did. Were not able to bring the trophy home, but had pictures taken. The story was in "outdoor life" I think any way, a few years back. Hard animal to put down.
I' hunted deer and black bear. My dream would be bull elk with the bow.
Where would America be without the "gun totting redneck"?
