    Default Arrow length, please help??????

I just bought some arrows and I am trying to decide if they need to be cut or not. They stick about an inch out from the riser with no tip in them.
I am pretty sure I should cut about an inch off or a little more maybe but need some advice.

    Thanks,
    Ted

No, not unless I cut them perfectly if they need to be cut. I was just going to use them for practice.

As long as your broad head clears the riser just fine I would say go for it. I generally knock an arrow and draw the bow and have someone stand beside me with a sharpie and mark the arrow about a half an inch in front of the rest and that's where I cut........

Ok, I just wasn't sure what other people do. Half inch in front of the rest. I think I will go 3/4 to an inch in front of the rest. I am planning on geting a WB rest and am not sure where it will be compared to the prong rest I have now. I figure an inch will give me a little leeway. Thanks
