    That's the one I would buy, but I'm kinda cheap. you could buy the toolless or the ultra if you want to spend a lot.......

    213 is still better than I could shoot at 10 yards with a recurve...

    I would have shot better, my groupings were good, but I couldnt get the arrows down. 90 percent of the holes in the target were in the top half. I need to work on my form.

    Well that's a long story....

    I own two Bear takedown recurves. One's 60" 55 lbs, the other's 70" 30 lbs.
    The 55 pounder actually pulls about 63 at my drawlength. I could never shoot it much without my fingers getting sore and my form breaking down. The 30 pounder was too light, it seemed like it just stuck on my fingers. Finally it struck me, put the 30 pound limbs on the shorter handle. Now it' 64" and about 42 lbs. It felt really good tonight. So to answer your question, I've never shot the bow in it's present configuration until tonight.

    Rules no sights, fancey rests, no peeps, no stabs. Just stick and string.
