Default Fletchings

My uncle picked me up some feathers recently from a local archery shop and the gave him left handed feathers . I was wondering if it was bad if i was shooting left feathers ? I am a right handed shooter.

Default

no problem.

However, if you are using a helical clamp on your fletching jig, you have to use a left helical clamp.

Default Left or right Fletching?

Moose, Allen is correct. Some folks will tell you right for right-handed and left for left-handed. However, there is no rotation of the arrow until it is a few feet past your bow. As long as what you use gives you the benefits you are looking for, your good.
