Wind Currents and hunting

I notice hunting the bottoms and revines very tough during to currents swirling. I general hunt these on very calm days.


I tend to have better luck hunting hill top areas and the top of ridges.

I have several ladder stands that are 15ft.

25ft is the highest I hunt.

I do know there arte days the up currents are rising and those are by far the best days.

I always play the wind and will have more than one stand around deer trails for this reason.
