they same reason they hunt everything else that we do.....they are as eatable as anything else is. Nothing shot in Africa goes to waste....at least not when your with a PH

Some how that just doesn't seem right.
Lets get 5 guys in a small boat and shoot a 2 ton hippo with a stick.
He got all of about 3 inches of penetration on the thing, besides the nose shot at the end.
What were they thinking.

I can't see the video on this computer....but by the description given by Gator....it sounds like it is the episode from Dangerous Game. I saw that one a while ago when it aired on TV. That was one wild hunt....I don't think I would have stayed in the boat

I have no desire to shoot a hippo, giraffe, zebra, or elephant. I also don't like to watch video of these animals being hunted. I'm sure I will get beat up over this statement but that the way I feel. Beat away.

Honestly there are a lot of places I would like to hunt that I have Not, and a few animals that I have Not killed that I would like to, but I have No desire to hunt Africa at all.

as they doing the afrcia hunting, are they just hunting to give a hunger african people ? and they keep the head for mount or what ? i do not want to hunt africa but just enjoy watch the video but crazy people who cant live w/o hunting and can afford trip whole world and hunting the place to hunt in africa

I am with you for the most part....and my friends look at me like I'm crazy. Sure there are a couple animals I would like to hunt over there. But I truly have no desire to go over there just to hunt.

I have yet to talk to anyone who hunted there that didnt love Africa.
Sounds like an adventure to me. I hope oneday I can afford it.
