Cookin tip's
I got the taste for some venison today.
I pulled out 2 sets of backstraps & started cookin!
Here's my recipe: toothpic's,zesty italian dressin, 2lbs of bacon cut in half & a2 sets,4 backstraps.
Soak overnight in vinager & water.
Cut all the fat off & cut in strip's the size of your pinkey.
Roll the bacon around the strip's & stick with a toothpic.
put in a tupperwear bowl or like i did cover with plastic wrap & put in the frig. all day.
Putem on the grill an man, what a taste.
Also make a shishcobob pinnapple & chunks soaked in the dressin.
Here's some pic's!

This recipe!
I couldnt stand it waiting to get my chops on these little tips!
A guy at my huntclub won the great venison cookoff at the state fair with this recipe about 5 years ago.
Every year on the last day of the season we have a big party.
This guy dosent hunt that day,all he does is cook deer in all different ways.
Some times i cant wait to get a new recipe on deer.
This one is the best ive tried ever,my wife cant stand deer meat but when i cookem like this shes standen at the grill picken them off!!
