2007 Hoyt Bows
Well, we got a pre-order package information today. Of course it has no names on it. There is a new cam coming on a 33" bow and I think it was a 36" bow.
It also stated like 9 new bows for 2007. Looks like a complete revamp of the entire lineup. Should be some good stuff there.

I pulled this info from another forum. I didn't know this info was already released. Since it was, I guess it is safe to post here.
Goodbye UltraTec and ProTec,Trykons stay another year
New bow is the "Vectrix" and Vectrix XL 33", 7" BH, built in string suppressor, 316 fps, supposedly no hump (smooth draw), noticeably quieter and less shock than the Trykon. Draw specific, parralel limbs. Black cams and limb pockets - bronze is out.
Another new bow is a 38 Pro. XT 2000's, 8 1/4" BH, ot XT 1000's with 7 1/2" BH, parralel limbs.
I know more but am sworn to secrecy

"There is a new cam coming on a 33" bow and I think it was a 36" bow."
By saying "cam" do you mean a single cam?

I'm sure it's based off the cam 1/2 style so that would be basically a two cam system.

Bowman,
You never owned a Hoyt, have ya?
You must be on the payroll with Mathews or have been brainwashed by their good marketing... all you do is bash other bows.

Not offended…I am far from a "know it all Hoyt person w/a bad attitude" as you think I am. Sounds like judgment on such and very little you know about me. But that’s your opinion and not your attitude. As a wise Jacka$$ once said "everyone is entitled to an opinion......you can have mine..... "

No -- Because I know once Mathews redoes their clothing line for 2007 and comes out with a skirt, you will start shooting a WB.

I hear the reason Hoyt does away with there bows so frequently is because the Hoyt shooters need shoulder surgery after shooting them for a year.
Now you guys just leave my WB alone and bash something else.
Come on Chris tell them to stop or I'll start mocking someone and pretty much just whine alot.

Their new bows are super nice, Got to see and shoot a few of them that the Hoyt rep dropped off at our local shop for a few days, Vectrix was the one i shot the most, same speeds as the trykon, but the draw cycle is way nicer, of course it was a 65% letoff vrs the 80, and seemed to balace really good, didnt have a stabilizer on it and shot like a dream.... really nice bow, and im not sure what hoyts new speed bow was called, but its fast, and super queit, verry good bow, I pry will be dumping my trykon and getting a vectrix, i think they are going to be out the 2nd week of nov???? few guys here already have some on order!!!

Hey Chris are you gonna have the Hoyt Rep bring in the new bows again and if so when. I guess it would'nt be a bad thing if he did'nt I might get in trouble buying another bow, she still gives me a bunch of crap because I was supposed to paint the bedroom 2 bows ago
