congratulations on the woodchuck. did you take it to the taxidermist yet? i have no problem with whacking a critter in a persons own yard.

I'm thinking; roaste him in some brine and liquid smoke with seasoning.
You can eat him like pulled pork over rice. The state of MO says they are in the squirrel family and squirrel don't taste bad. Give it a shot.
