That would be me Chris.
Since Glenn from Bass and Bucks is going to 'rope' off an area for our group I had envisioned a banner for 3D Shoots hanging from a line between 2 trees or something identifying our camping area. That would do 2 things: Give everyone the obvious location of our camping area and do a little PR for 3D Shoots.com. We could also possibly move the sign after everyone was theer to a more prominent location, but you would have to talk to Glenn about that ahead of time. When I spoke to him he mentioned he was considering doing some advertising on the site. If that is true it might be a nice thing for you to have an advertising presence at the shoot.
If you could arrange for a banner I would be glad to stop by your shop and pick it up and talk through how this would work to help the site out. I would also be glad to drop it back off again on the way back home. It will not be more than 10 miles or so out of my way.
My parents live in a location where I drive right by Rockford on I-39, which is near you guys, and I plan on staying there on Wednesday night before the shoot and showing up at B&B around noon on Thursday. I could pick the banner up on Wednesday afternoon and drop it back off the next Monday and do the necessary banner hanging before the rest of the crew shows up.
Ron

Yep, I agree with you guys.
I'm staying at Bass and Bucks.
I'll just estimate the number of vehicles and tent's well have and be done with it.
I'll also try and figure out, possibly with a banner from Chris, how we will all be able to connect up in our own camping area. Glenn will do his part, we'll have to do our part. Maybe Chris can help a bit. If not, we'll figure it out anyway !
Things are coming together now... This is good...
Thanks for the feedback and support guys... I'm getting stoked for this... Heck, I already have my camping stuff ready to be packed up.
Ron

You may very well be right....
If that really happens I will provide a WRITTEN report of the incident.... As opposed to pics... But then I'll need to bring some bleach and water solution to sterilize the banner before I bring it back to Chris....

It seems that almost all of us are staying at B&B.
Drive there and park it and have some fun.
I would LOVE to bring a grill but I just don't have the space for it.
Wallyworld "disposable" grills might be an option.

I feel like I need to express my self by saying that I had no intention when I stared to describe how I felt about the shoot, I had to get uot what had been brewing since the 1st of the year
In the heat of fielding questions I tried to stay focused on the issue and not personally attack any one ,well maybe bman, that being said If I unintentionally offended anyone I offer my sincerest apologies
I do wish ya'll a very successful and happy time
I hope it is at least as enjoyable or better that last years shoot
shoot good!

I thought he answered the question in his post....
BUT ! It don't hurt to ask the question up front....
It would be a shame if he didn't show up but it would not be because of us and our open and objective planning.
In my opinion. Of which I can have many.... Some good and some bad...
