if NY knew anything they'd have it like FL -just don't shoot in a dangerous direction and be on 2 acres with the bow. I know guys who hunt in this suburb...they just point their guns to the forest out their back porch instead of towords civiliztion in front.
I live in northeast fla..as far as bow hunting, only in management area,.I have 3 acres and was told not to shoot a arrow in any direct line of sight of any dwelling of 2,000 ft and to use a arrow stop device..I made a 8ftx8ft 1" thick plywood stop.
