Love the flag, I'd like to get a bow dipped in it some day...but the deer would spot the blue.

I've sen three articles on new studies saying blue is one of the major no-no colors of deer hunting. reds, orange, green brown all ok. But no blue.

Smokes...
How do you kiil anything marching into the woods flying your flag and ratt-a-tat-tattin on your battle drum???
Do you just walk out into an open field....blast a couple times on your trumpet...and wait for the dear to appear across the field ready for battle?

It's worked before. You have no idea. I was once shooting clays with the 870 over a feild and at 80 yards out from the woods I was using as a backstop pops this nice 8 pointer(best I'd seen all year). Just walks out, looks at the guy making all the noise and nonchalantly walks back in. Loud noises+ deer sometimes works, I guess.
