I am buying a wb and want to know smaall or large hole? I shoot carbon arrows but ,I have been using large with no problems. Your advice will be appreciated.

The medium is recommended for the standard sized carbon arrows.

I think you'd be fine with the large. I know you don't want it tight, there should be a little daylight above the shaft. EDIT I do shoot different sized shafts, thus the recomendation.
