Deer roast
1 Roast
Brown in butter
Add to crock with water to cover 2 onion soup packets
rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, pepper
cook over night on medium
add red potatoes, corn, carrots and whatever vegies might want cook until vegies are tender and eat up.

I do it like a pot-roast. Meat potatoes/veggies/onions in the pan, a can or two of cream of mushroom soup over everything, a little (mabey a 1/4 cup) of water. A big piece of tin-foil over everything and snugged down, then the pot lid. Into the oven for a couple-three hours at 350. The tin-foil keeps the moisture in and keeps the tops of the veggies from getting dry. Delicious. I even do stakes the same way, just stack-em up.

sounds good red44, dry roasts are good too.
brown in pan wrap in bacon
sprinkle with rosemary, garlic, thyme, season salt, sea salt, onion powder, cruched red pepper and wrap up and bake in oven.
