Satellite pic

If you like Funnel's,here is a good pic to find them...I have found Google maps to be very helpful,hit the Satellite button...If you want to save them hit CTRL & Print Screen key on your keyboard "same time" then open up your Word Pad or a Photo program,right click then hit paste...Make sure you save it and name it...
If you are hunting a new area you can look at the map and put your stand in a pretty good funnel without going in the woods 4 or 5 times to find a spot...

This will help for next season...

The satilite pics are a great tool and I use them alot, but most of them are out of date and in areas like mine the landscape maybe be modified or even built on since the pic was taken...

Thats very true...The area I am using does not look like the picture anymore...That picture is about 3 or 4 years old...The first wood lot is smaller and we have stock piled alot of dirt to the north,thats why I put those 2 black boxes in...

we must cut trails LOL...

I have stands at the end of the trail and in the far corner...The Deer are using this area alot and I see them using the trail in daylight,that field growth is over 4 ft tall in places...They just walk out of site rite in front of you,then appear again on the trail...
