Blazer vanes vs. standard vanes?
What is the difference between blazer vanes and your standard vane? Just ordered some pse carbon force arrows with the blazer vanes and I hope I made the right choice.

Good Vanes
I use them on my hunting arrows.
Many use them for tournament. Including some really good pros.
You did well.

Biggest difference I ve found is that standard vanes stick to the arrow a whole lot better than blazer vanes.

Blazers are tough - hold up very well to a WB rest.

I have tried everthing out thier as far as vanes go I've used feathers ect. And I always come back to the blazers they fly great & I havent had a issue with adhesion.
The only draw back is they take some time ot nock tune, due to thier high profile. But once you get the clearance issue dealt with, you will be happy with your choise.

I love my blazers. But yeah, you can run into a lot of clearance issues with some rest, and several of the "speed" bows.
Anything that won't let me shoot 2" blazers, I won't use. Mini blazers are for girls and 4" vanes are for old guys.

Blazers are fantastic vanes. I love em. Never had a problem at all with them not sticking. I use Carbon Force X-Weaves also.
Only problem I have with them is....................I can't blame them for my misses.

I appreciate the input folks! I just got my arrows cut and the inserts, well, inserted! I purchased some G5 montec broadheads and some slik tip field points by trophy ridge. Can't wait to start shooting!

New Fusion Vanes will stick within seconds, not come off. Have received a sample and they are wonderful. Two different materials on the vanes, from Duravane. Seem to out shot Blazer Vane. At 40 M decreased group size by 25%. This is the real future of this type vane.

New vane, same design, lower profile, rapid fletch, 2". Dies completed on market in two weeks. Lower price and easier to work with. "Blasters" are coming and soon.
