Although, I will do one med-well, I prefer an aged steak medium rare max....
I don't guarantee any steak done more than medium...
Ron[/QUOTE]
I'll have a medium steak next week on the pine if I may Ron, for the back tension whipped my butt, shot a first IFAA District and ouch. I'll let JC revile the mess of a score

I'm still working out the menu for next week's pine sitting FBSA snack fest....
I'll keep you posted...
Extra thick chops or maybe some chicken drummies slathered in BBQ sauce and some home made cole slaw....
Maybe we can ask our host Mr. Morgan to make a couple of suggestions.... We might try and plan on having a pot luck on the final week of this pine splintering league...
Beer will be on the menu, I can assure you. Others can bring the OJ, lemonade, soda and bottled water...
Ron

Thanks for the steak, Ron! It was cooked perfect!!!
I had a head start and was able to set the table for everyone since I was sit-down in the 1st round again.
By the way, the dishes are all washed and put away.
What do need me to do next week?
I know I'll bring the Sweet Tea for everyone.

Ummm....
How about some potato salad ?
Still need to figure out the meat part of it.
Drummies with BBQ sauce sounds better and better....
And thank you for offering.... I'm sure you'll make a big hit with what you bring. And you'll make an even bigger hit if you bring a couple extra tweezers with you so I don't need to share mine...
You know, cooties and all going around this time of the year....
And do not get discouraged by getting sat on the pine monster.... Keep shooting and keep posting up scores and smack. The whole point is getting people involved and getting them shooting.
You and yours have a cutie there.... Nice avatar.

I can bring potato salad and bbq wings sound great! Do you want sweet or dill relish in it?
And I happen to have 3 sets of tweezers that I can donate to the cause. I'll bring some of those little rubber gloves that they use in the hospital- cooties and all, ya' know.
And thanks for the compliment- she was younger there but her newest pic in the FBSA sticky in OffTopic.
See you on the bench!

Getting close to show time for week 3
For week 4 what do you folks think? Should I use my round from the National Iowa Pro-Am where I went down in flames – a rough day for where I should be shooting at my level – but yet a score many still dream for
Or my score shot at league the day after I got back home – which is more my average

Yeah, I WILL seee you on the bench....
My scores have been turned in and they are better but still not worth bragging about. I DID get 1 30 though....
Meat this week is stuffed pork rib chops smothered in cream of mushroom soup, whole kernel corn, green beans and french fried onions. With some crusty French bread on the side to slap up the liquid with.... Pan seared and cooked in a crock pot for about 6-7 hours on low. Yum...
So, potato salad it is.... Whatever relish you use will work for us. Most of us are FBSA members so we eat anything that's edible. And I'll see ya on the pine with some tweezers in hand myself. Man, I should buy stock in tweezers.... I don't think I have any exam gloves though so you're donation would be much appreciated, you can check the cooties at the door though. I'll also check out the new pic. Still a sweety though.

You didn't write you scores down ?
Man, you're getting weak there fiddle.... What... Don't you want some pine splinters ?
Soldiermom and I have some good thing on the menu.... You cannot miss out on that. Just bring your tweezers...
Hey glad the new bow is doing good. I'm still struggling but the 82nd is starting to like me and vice-versa... That beast has been a labor of love and/or hate, depending on how you look at it.

I've got some Chilean Malbec ready... It's been aging in Hungarian Oak for a year now.. So get you tweezers, bring your wine glasses & plates, and meet me in the cellar for a barrel tasting! Heck, I might even pull the cork on a bottle of my prized Italian Amarone if Mrs. Squid stays in it past the 6th round!

Ahhhh, waiting for a little celebratory toast I see... Good thinking. That will give her some incentive...

Use the scores from the Pro-Am when you went down in flames. Maybe that will 'help' some others like myself improve their results for this week's pine smacking...

soldeirmom got her bow lined out. when we went wed. to shoot their was an older gentleman there shooting. its amazing how God works. he came over and helped her out so much. I believe God put him there just to help her, because the shop guys weren't there. guys we might be in trouble in the next few weeks.
THANKS for your support of her. she is the other half of me....
