Default Balance

I noticed last night shooting, that I didn't have, what I would consider, adequate balance in my form. Not the bow, but in my body.

Is there any excersizes that would help to increase balance? Back extension, squats, side bends????

could you elaborate a little bit? not really sure, what your getting at??

did it feel like you were not stable enough?? like you could fall over at any point or that your pin was all over the target??

Upper body stability or balance was what I was not attaining last night. Felt like I had lost my balance in my upper body.

did your String and cable stretch and throe your draw length out of adjustment??

are you sure you were anchoring 100% in the correct place?
