I believe you mean shaft weight. By definition an arrow is a shaft with all compnents installed. That includes nock, fletching, insert and tip.
That being said, different manufacturers' components weigh a little differently from maker to maker. Nocks are usually about 10-12 grains. Inserts weigh about 15 grains. Fletching can vary a lot depending on what type, size and manufacturer.
Normally you can get specific weights of components on respective websites.
