Default having problem with anchor point

just got a new release (carter hammer) having problem getting same anchor point any sugesstions?

Make sure your draw length is correct, and if using a wrist strap style release, that it is properly adjusted.

Find 2 points, one on your hand and one on the head that will come together "naturally" when you draw your bow.

On the rare occasion I shoot a release, I like to use the base knuckle of my index finger and the indention just below my earlobe and right behind my jawbone.

Another method is to "feel" the dip between 2 base knuckles meet the edge of the ear while drawing, when they meet, anchor and start aiming.

Practice will build familiarity. We are only good at the things we do often.
