Im worse than a kid at Christmas
Cant sleep for thinking about scouting tommorrow at the ranch.
Cant wait for opening day. One would think after 27 some years the thrill would go away. I think it gets worse. Im so ready to hunt this year.  DB Got this new toy called the Elite Z28 and its tired of shooting foam.

At 10 years of age, I couldn't sleep the night before opening day. Well, I'm 57 now and things haven't changed. Guess when they do - I'll hang up my hat. What's crazy is - I don't have to shoot anything to enjoy hunting

im anxious to get back into the woods also..Tomorrow ill probably go out and scout around a bit, and maybe dust off the bow

Feels good !
To spend a day at the ranch and scouting. Ticks and everthing that envolved. Rains came and home I came.
