Best peep size for indoor?

When I shoot indoor I either shoot a lighted LP pin no scope or 3 power lens with a big dot that all most covers the 9 ring on the vegas face. I just went from a 3/64 peep to a 1/32 thinking that with a smaller peep I would automatically shoot better. It didn't happen. Any advice on peep size for indoor.

The size peep that I shoot depends on the diameter of my scope. I want the scope housing to just fit into the center of the peep, allowning to tell that it is perfectly centered in the peep.

I used to use a 3/64" peep for indoor, but using it for 3-D, the cedar brakes were too dark for it, so I moved up to a 1/8", and it's heck trying to adapt so I can use it for both.
