FOC- 3D arrows
...just finished my lightspeeds 400 for 3D,80grains points, X2 vanes..and FOC is 7.2 %. FOC on same arrow with CB insert and 100grain striker, 2" QS ST is 8%.
need opinion .. will try it to shoot tumoorow

Either arrow will be fine for 3D. Ideally target archers like to have thier setups between 7 and 10% FOC. Either of those will work fine.
Since there is only a .8% difference between the two, you will not notice much, if any difference in the two arrows. good luck

I shoot a Monster 6" 27"dl at 64# shooting a CXLSS 250 26.5" long/Blazer X2 vanes/CX Nock/No collar/90 gr. Parabolic target points/320gr. total/10.7%
