Smile New Bear Strike - can it be used by a short-draw shooter?

In my never ending quest to find a good bow for target/3D shooting (beginner), one of the bows recommended to me was the new Bear Strike - I was told it had a smooth and also very forgiving. While I have no pro shops nearby to try this bow, I noticed it had a brace height of 7.75in and weighed 3.9lbs and adjustable draw of 26in-30in. I am a 26in draw length and am 5'6" tall. Is this too big of bow? Previous bows I considered were the diamond razor edge, trykon Sport, PSE Choas - so this seems a little bigger - I don't know if that is good or bad - unfortunately I cannot try it as there are no Bear dealer anywhere nearby.

Bear Specs
WEIGHT 3.9lbs.
DRAW LENGTH RANGE 26in. to 30in.
