anyone dealt with them before? i ordered a scope from them and payment cleared on the 18th. it is now the 25th and i still have not recieved my scope. they do not have a phone number and havnt returned my emails. what would you do?

just talked to a lady and gave me the run around and said that viper was out of stock and was waiting on scopes and sights to be dipped. if they cant get it to me by tomarrow then im getting a refund and buying some where else

Gamo, I did a bit more research... I think possibly why your stuff hasn't shown yet it because they will sell you stuff w/o it being in stock. Then they have to order it, then ship it to you. Not very becoming of a business if you ask me

very disatisfied with there service. she gave me a tracking number and i tried it through usps, ups, and fedex. no one has a record of this tracking number

Lancasters is the best way to go. Heck Lancasters will take a Money order if you call them and get it set up.

Bowhunters supper store. I've had never been lied to. No problem with returns, when I ordered the wrong pin nocks. Good to fair prices. I've bought arrow shafts and accessaries, a Nikon rangefinder, and misc. other items over the last several years with my credit card.

I just purchased a viper scope through them. I ordered it on Feb 2. It took about 20 days. They answered my email the same day. Said Viper was shipping it that day. Viper ran out of lost camo. I have dealt with them many times. Never had a problem

20 days is a little too long. especially when you need it to shoot. mine was just plain black. i figured out that they dont acutally stock the items, you order from them then they order from the company. i ordered a plain black scope and said that it had to be dipped. why would a black scope need to be dipped?

I agree. Ordered some stuff last Tuesday. It was in my mailbox on Saturday. In my town, unless it is local (100 miles or so), it takes a day longer to get stuff than if I have it sent to my work, which is in a bigger town. So for them to get it here by Saturday, is pretty quick in my book.

yes i expect it to talk a week or less but when you tell some one something and its here 2 weeks later is just wrong and bad bussiness

i got it today. now i got to complain about ups. no one was home so they decided to throw the box 10 ft over some latice work on to my moms back porch for the dogs to eat. they didnt get to it but still yet throwing packages that breakables are in is not right

I orderd some B-Stingers 3 weeks ago from eagle archery still havent got them so I just canceld my order when they told me it would be another 2 weeks
