Wow.......Smokin Hoyt
Jame told me that Vantage pro was faster than Hoyt gives it credit. Ummmmmm I would say yeah..........
Vantage Pro
61.7 lbs
28" draw
310 grain Pro 22
Shot 303..........3 times back to back
Pretty dang good for a bow that's supposed to be a 308 IBO and has a 7 3/4 brace height.

My Hoyt Contender is the same.
27 in DL
52 Lbs
315 gr arrow
272 FPS
That converts to way over advertised speed. I think the Hoyts do really well at shorter draw lengths.

I'm getting 280 fps out of my Vantage Elite at 64 lbs with a 450 grain triple X. But I do have a little dl advantage (31").
I might have to shoot an IBO arrow through it just to see what I would be. I'm betting I could push that 320 mark with out a lot of tweaking.

It was the arrow builder that made your bow shoot so fast.

Im saying my Hoyt Pro Elite has been a pleasure to shoot for sure.
Really nice bows. I thank Jame, Kevin Ballinger and Chris Hacker for all recommending it to me. It certianly a pleasure to shoot.

Yep, I finally got my down and got to shoot under controlled conditions tonight(no wind)..............stacked 3 arrows in an X ring on 5 spot. Lovin it so far.
I got a chance to shoot Texomabowhunters Ultraelite setup for 3d yesterday and I can tell you that bow suprised me. Didn't expect a 6 3/4 brace height with spiral cams to shoot that smooth.

Randy
Our home club has a shoot tommorow and the shop she shoots for has one so we wont be able to make it down to this one. Get me a schedule and let me know when your next one is down there and we will see if we can Make it down there.
