What does the bow have to do with it?
When did they stop paying pros in field? And yes they pay cash in Europe..
Yep, I've watched it several times, be surprised what you can pick out if you watch it over and over...

I will, I will, I'm a hunter turned competitor this year for the first time, I will be shooting 3d this summer, spots this winter and maybe some field next year, don't want to bite off more than I can chew!
But yeah - for me, and without wanting to upset anyone, that looks like the ultimate archery competition

I think he was talking about the Hoyt slogan "get serious get hoyt". When you said some serious shooting he was just making a funny.

I love watching this stuff. You see some really good form and some "not so good" form as well.
I'm considering changing over the Conquest Triumph to field soon.

What would a Field set-up involve? What's the difference between a 3d set-up vs a Field set-up????

Generally speaking not a lot, if your 3-d bow can reach 80 yards then you could use it for field. If you got really serious and wanted to compete with the top dogs then you'd probably want small diameter arrows with a higher FOC than normally seend on a 3-D arrow. Speed isn't a real issue because of the known distance although under the new rules you can flip 300 fps now. The main difference is in number of shots in a full round. where you might shoot 30 and sometimes 40 shots a day at some 3-d shoots a field round consists of 112 shots; 4 shots at each target station 28 stations...
The distances range from 11 yards to 80 yards...
