Mathews and carbon express should be very happy with Braden's win. It almost makes me want to go out and buy a Mathews bow.--- I was looking at the picture on this thread, is Braden shooting plastic or feathers? Hornet, what release is he using.----It looks like Braden is at the top of the heap now, followed by Chance and Reo. It seems Dave Cuz is slipping a little. Braden is my new hero.

Yep. It was from the Utah shoot. Just put it up so the ones who don't know him will have something to go by.

Braden shoots for Scott, and CBE sights, one company, in that pic, he's shooting an ibex. Not sure if it's his main release, last year he was shooting the 3 finger longhorn, most of the year, looks like he switches between the two.

Braden is doing the same thing he did when he shot for Hoyt and Easton....winning. He made it to #1 shooting for Hoyt and Easton....he is just staying there now and getting better because he is a FULL TIME Pro now and gets to shoot. That being said.....my man is a beast
Dave isn't slipping at all....he shot the 2nd highest qualifying score. He just got beat head to head....just like Reo did and just like Braden did the week before. The guy Braden beat is the FITA WR holder....go outside on a field course and Dave will still pretty much put the wood to everyone but Jesse and Reo....and he can still take Reo if he stops having brain farts
as for his equipment....he is shooting feathers on his CXLs....I haven't shot with him since he started shooting his XJ27s a couple weeks ago but I imagine he is shooting feathers on those as well. He shoots the C4 with the CXLs and the Apex 8 with the XJ27s. He shot the Scott Ibex for this shoot. He has pretty much switched to this release for everything.

Indoor nationals years ago when Braden was just a Youth. I said this young man who I watched because I took a youth that year that was shooting right next to him, I said that kid has ever thing it takes.
Didnt have a qlue who he was then. But you know when someone pounds X's like he did at such a young age he the real deal.
Terry Wunderdale said he the best he ever coached.
Braden will continue to get better and better. Go Team USA!
Braden form is truly what I consider good perfect form. Who says you need BT release.

Most of the guys like him , Dave, Liam and a few other big names say they use BT only for practice.

Braden form is excellent. Look how he keeps that front shoulder down (Just ever slight bend in elbow) and bow always pushes toward the target with his follow through. I remember Terry reminded him as a youth to push toward the target. Some how that always stuck in my mind. Your defiantly looking at one of the best ever and the future of archery for Team USA!

I agree. Braden is a heck of a study of the sport of archery.
