Tuning Help!!

When setting the string and arrow to square does the arrown need to be 1/8th inch nock high? and Why? Im shooting a Trophy Taker Bladed rest.

It depends on the Bow/cam system. Some I set level and others slightly above.

It's just a starting point before you tune anyway

As mentioned , it's just a starting point, paper tuning will tell you where the nocking point wants to be, set nocking point first then correct horizontal tears.

Different on most bows.

Most manufactuers give you a strating center shot and knocking point for most the bows based on arrow centered with berger hole.

Some bows for me shoot and tune better close to risor shelf.
