I'll offer up a what I know
Well, you are going to need an arrow rest, a whisker biscuit seems very common around my neck of the woods as far as that goes.
You will need a peep sight to line up with your sight, essentially to aim better.
If you plan on shooting with a trigger (which I suggest you do to save your fingers getting shredded constantly pulling back a 60lb line) you will need a "D-loop" installed on your bow.
That would be the basics. If you go to the nearest pro-shop, they would be better equipped to explain to you how to line up your sights, and as an added bonus most shops would install the stuff you buy from them free of charge, and they will set you up to the correct draw weight and length.
As far as arrows go, you will need to check out some manufacturers websites and consult the charts there depending on the length of the arrow you want and your draw weight.
