I just bottled my first batch of wine. After a good tasting session while I was putting into bottles I decided it is still a little on the sour side. I'm not real fond of sweet wine, which most homemade wine turns out to be so I was a little light on the sugar, but it's seems drinkable. I want to give it a few months in the bottles before I decided whether it's any good or not.
Next....I want to try to make BlackBerry wine. I got a bunch of berries I froze last fall but I didn't have a empty car boy to start a batch.
