most, if not all. I don't even think of them as real deer when they cone from a ranch like that. I would love to see some of them try hunting a season like most of us do where a 120 class dear is a monster that we would value more than a 200 shot off a pay to play ranch. I posted a pic of what I would consider to be a monster PA deer that would get it from any hunter in the area but to thees big time tv hunters is just a cull deer.

In Illinois you see folks hunting at Samson's Ridge, it's such a private deer farm they can even use centerfire rifles and don't have to abide by ANY IL deer regs. In Iowa, they have a couple operations as well that produce 200"+ Bucks for TV "celebs" on a regular basis.
As you've said.... it's a rich mans game. Two years ago a guy shot a 300"+ monster at Samson's Ridge and yet it circulated around the country as the next World Record! Sad!!! All of that could be yours for around $30,000!!! LOL!

I'm to the point where I won't even watch hunting shows........all they are is a big advertisment for all the crap that these clowns use to shoot pened or raised deer with.
Not even close to real world hunting.

I laugh every time I see some poor slob carrying the lastest and greatest deer call and scent dohicky into the state land here in MI........I wonder how long it takes em to realize that most MI public land deer run the other way as soon as they hear or smell one of those calls. Even private land unless you have alot of dirt to hunt those calls are just driving the deer to your neighbors.

its like watching wwf or wwe or what ever they call it now. they feed their deer hormones just like these athletes use steroids.
I saw a show the other day where these people were sitting in a wood box on stilts and had a rifle rest built on to the blind. the hunter ( and I use that term loosely) never had to pick up the gun. takes all the skill right out of it and they act like it was an accomplishment.
as far as the latest gear. I also think that is hilarious. I have friends that every year go out and spend hundreds on gear and I go out with my bow cabelas brand arrows a grunt call and a knife. and most of the time I see more deer than they do because I sit still and quiet.

It's funny. I was watching one time last year and they were showing this doe looking up at the so called pro in the stand and he used the CRUNCHER to simulate deer eating acorns and it just calmed her rite down. I laughed my head off!!! But whats even funnier is my 24 year old son suckered into buying it.He thinks this year it's gona just draw them rite in. They are just gonna come running in looking for acorn's. I said you gota be kidding me you know better than that.I know were on the same page as PA with the pressure and we have so many gun season's it's just crazy.
