Default Arrow numbers

I hope you guys can help. I am brand new to archery, and I don't know what the numbers on the arrow shaft mean. It is 340 50/65. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

340 is the amount that the arrow flexes when released and 50/65 is the poundage the arrow is rated for.You would use that arrow on a bow set from 50 to 65 pounds.

The numbers are the spine of the arrow and to properly spine an arrow to your set up you need to find the arrow company spine chart it will ask for draw weight and arrow length follow the chart and it will tell you what spine arrow is recommended for your set up
