Geez, that is sort of a Ford-Chevy thing, a loaded question.
Carbon arrows have their place, so do aluminum and wood for traditionalists.
I would think most brand name manufacturers all make great arrows, as for quality, it depends on your budget.
For run of the mill target arrows I would go 0.006 straightness.
